AppointEase is currently assured as a cancellation recovery platform only. Recall campaigns, CSV imports, bulk outreach, automated recalls, and any clinical write-back workflows are disabled in this portal.
Contact support for early access if you want to discuss a future recall module outside the current TPP-assured scope.

- No proactive recall or campaign workflows are available in the receptionist portal today.
- No SNOMED coding or write-back is performed from this module.
- No patient lists can be imported or invited from this tab while the module is disabled.
